Drumpark House, 7 Claremont Drive, Bridge Of Allan

Drumpark House, located at 7 Claremont Drive in Bridge of Allan, is a detached mansion built in 1905 by Charles G Soutar from Dundee. This two-storey and attic building showcases a single asymmetric design in the Arts and Crafts style. The exterior is harled and whitewashed, featuring a prominent higher gabled projection at the center of the south front. This projection includes a tile-hung five-light rectangular bay on both the ground and first floors, with a semi-circular window at the attic level above a broad four-light balcony. To the left, there is a roofed harled rectangular bay, and a three-bay timber verandah connects to the central bay, which also has a first-floor balcony. The house is adorned with platformed dormers and very broad battered chimneys at the end gables, flanking the central bay. Additionally, there is a single-storey and attic wing on the east side.
