Description

12 Abercromby Drive is a mid-Victorian, single-storey and attic detached cottage located on a corner site. The building features a neat design with coursed rubble and raised margins. It has two broad canted bays and a central round-arched doorpiece with pilasters. There is a small dormer situated between large gabled tripartite dormers above the canted bays. The gable facing Abercromby Drive includes a round-arched window at the attic level. The cottage has low-pitched, broad-eaved slated roofs, and there is a modern mansard addition at the rear.
