Description
23 Chalton Road is a mid-Victorian detached villa that features a plain design with two stories and a dormerless attic. The building is constructed from rubble and has a semi-symmetrical appearance. It has gabled end bays, with a canted bay extending through both floors on the left side and a shallow rectangular bipartite bay on the right. The central bay includes a one-window arrangement above a doorpiece that is supported by consoles and has a keyblocked design. The main openings are accented with simple moulded arrises, and there are small attic windows located in the gables. The roof is slated and features bracketed eaves.
