Description

10 Clarendon Place is a mid-Victorian, two-storey and attic, detached villa built from rubble. The front features three gabled windows and two ground floor canted bays, with the left-hand bay being an addition. In the center, there is a round-arched doorpiece supported by consoles. There is a single-storey wing that adjoins a two-window and centrally located gabled porch, which has bargeboarding. The roofs are slated.
