Description

2 Melville Place is a mid-Victorian, two-storey detached villa constructed from coursed rubble. The front features a single window set between canted bays, with a central doorpiece that has a console and cornice above it, along with a wrought-iron balcony. The building has a main cornice and a blocking course, topped by a piended, slated roof. To the right, there is a single-storey wing that also has a single window, a main cornice, and a blocking course, with a piended, slated roof.
