Description

16-18 Gladstone Place is a mid-Victorian, two-storey detached villa with a basement, constructed from coursed rubble. The building features a three-window design with a canted bay extending through all floors on the right side. In the center, there is a Corinthianesque doorpiece with a balustraded balcony above and railed steps leading up to the entrance. The basement has large rock-faced coursers and altered glazing. The roof is hipped and slated, with mutules along the eaves.
