Description

13 Gladstone Place is a mid-Victorian, two-storey semi-detached building constructed of coursed rubble. It features a three-window facade, with the central first segment having a headed window and a central ground tripartite window between end canted bays. The entrance is framed by Greek Doric columned doorpieces topped with triglyph entablatures and accessed by railed steps. The building has stop-chamfered openings and a panelled wallhead chimney set on a scrolled base. The roof is piended and covered with slate.
