Description

4 Victoria Place is a mid to late Victorian, two-storey symmetrical semi-detached building. It is constructed of rubble and features two windows on each floor, with a canted bay on the ground floor and a bipartite window above at the outer bay. The inner bay has a consoled doorpiece, and the plans are reversed. The openings are stop-chamfered, and the eaves are bracketed. The roof is piended and slated. There are single-storey wings on either side, which have built-up south walls.
