Description

3 Victoria Place is a mid to late Victorian, two-storey symmetrical semi-detached house. It is constructed of snecked rubble and features a canted bay on both floors at the inner bay, with a consoled doorpiece and a window above the outer bay. The plans are reversed, and there is a plain eaves course. The roof is hipped and slated, with piended flanking single-storey wings and screen walls.
