Description

1 Balmoral Place in Stirling is a late Victorian, two-storey, asymmetrical semi-detached house located on a corner site. The building is constructed of snecked rubble. The frontage on Balmoral Place features two windows, one of which is bipartite, and has an off-centre round-arched splayed and moulded porch situated between the advanced ends that have canted bays. The Victoria Place frontage also has two windows, with a canted bay on the ground floor that includes a tripartite arrangement and a round-arched splayed and moulded doorpiece, while the first floor has bipartite windows. The roofs are piended and slated.
