Description
17 Victoria Square in Stirling is a semi-detached building designed by John Allan in the 1890s. It is two stories high with a basement and features a symmetrical façade made of snecked rubble. The building has two windows on each floor, with a tripartite arrangement at the ground floor and a bipartite arrangement on the first floor. The end bays have five-light bow fronts, and the steep roofs are set back along the sides, which have double chimneys. The central entrances are notable, and the windows have an unusual division with two-pane upper sashes. The roofs are slated.
