Description
15 Victoria Square is a late 19th century Neo-Tudor semi-detached villa, built in a unique design and constructed from snecked rubble. The building is two stories high and features a symmetrical layout on the left two-thirds of its frontage. The central section is low and includes an arched doorpiece set within a rectangular frame, with a mullioned and panelled design above the arched head. Above this, there is a three-light window on the first floor, flanked by higher piended sections that project canted bays with mullions and transoms. The right-hand third of the villa has a simpler projected doorpiece, a tall chimney, and an octagon-spired corner bay. The flanks of the building are adorned with half-timbered gables, and the roofs are slated.
