Description

Mid Victorian. Large snecked rubble asymmetrical 2-storey

basement and attic semi-detached villa. South frontage to

Snowdon Place central French-roofed pavilion with

tripartites, bipartite and octagonal corner turret on left,

stilted segment-headed porch with nook shafts and balustraded

steps and broad canted bay with plain parapet on right; West

frontage has 3-storey pyramid roofed entrance tower with

doorpiece of similar description, broad canted bay with plain

parapet on left, narrow window and stretch of blank wall with

wall-head chimney on right. Stop chamfered openings,

transomed at ground floor. Piended and platformed slated

roof.
