Description

3 Balmoral Place is a later Victorian, two-storey, three-window detached villa. The left section of the facade slightly projects forward and features a canted bay. It has a consoled doorpiece and chamfered openings, along with a single-storey wing on the west gable. The roofs are piended and covered with slates.
