Description
7 Keir Street is an early Victorian, two-storey and attic detached villa. It is constructed from coursed rubble with raised margins and features a one-window design between end canted bays. The entrance has a doorpiece with anta pilasters, and there are two canted dormers. The main cornice is located under the eaves. The villa has asymmetrical two-storey, one-window flanking wings, with a V-fronted bipartite window on the ground floor to the right and a garage entrance to the left. The roofs are slated, and the original glazing remains intact.
