Description
87 Henderson Street is an early Victorian symmetrical detached villa. It is two stories tall with an attic and is built from rubble. The front features one window between two canted bays at either end. The central entrance has a moulded architraved corniced doorpiece, and there is a moulded eaves cornice above. The villa has two straight-fronted canted dormers with bowed roofs. The main roof is gabled and covered with slate. The windows have been reglazed.
