Description
12 Kenilworth Road is a mid-Victorian detached villa that features a plain late classical design. The building is constructed from coursed rubble and has raised quoins and margins. It is two stories high and has three windows, with slightly advanced end sections. The ground floor includes tripartite windows, and there is a central porch supported by coupled square columns. The villa has a plain frieze and a main cornice, topped by a piended, slated roof.
