Kelvingrove, 110, 112, 114 Henderson Street, Bridge Of Allan

Kelvingrove is an early Victorian, late classical, symmetrical detached villa located at 110, 112, and 114 Henderson Street in Bridge of Allan. The building is two stories tall with an attic, constructed from coursed rubble with freestone dressings. It features a central pilastered doorpiece with a cavetto splay and a wreathed frieze, along with a single window above that is positioned between canted bays with panelled spandrels. The villa has a main cornice, a blocking course, and two straight-fronted canted dormers topped with semi-elliptically bowed roofs. The gables are harled, and the roof is slated. The original glazing remains intact. There are later additions at the rear, which include V-fronted bays.
