Description

This is a mid-Victorian, plain symmetrical, two-storey and attic detached villa located at 10 and 12 Chalton Road in Bridge of Allan. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a pilastered doorpiece with an architraved first-floor window situated between end canted bays. The villa has a main cornice and a blocking course, along with a single timber-faced central dormer. The roof is gabled and slated.
