Dated 1863. Asymmetrical detached villa, 2-storey snecked

rubble L-plan front, advanced gable to left with canted bay

through both floors, gablet front face; right hand section

2-window, moulded and consoled doorpiece at inner bay

chamfered and shouldered openings, straight skews with

finials. Slated roof.
