Description

Fernfield is a detached villa built in 1860, constructed from symmetrical coursed rubble. The building is two stories high and features a single window between canted bays. It has a prominent central doorpiece with a semi-lozenge shape, supported by bold consoles and featuring a cavetto splay. The openings are shouldered, and there is a main cornice. The roof is piended and slated, and the villa has been extended at the rear.
