Description
4 Gladstone Place is a mid-Victorian, two-storey, three-window symmetrical detached villa. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with raised margins and features two ground floor canted bays. The central entrance has a consoled doorpiece, with stop-chamfered openings that are segment-headed on the ground floor and straight on the first floor. The villa has a bracketed eaves course and a hipped, slated roof. There is also a single-storey wing on the south gable.
