107 and 109 Henderson Street is an early Victorian, asymmetrical detached villa. The building is two stories tall with an attic and is constructed of rubble with lighter freestone dressings. It features a three-window front, with a gabled section on the left that includes a canted bay extending through both floors and a wrought iron balcony above. The center has a pilastered doorpiece with railed steps leading up to it. There are dormer heads located in the center and right-hand bays, along with ball finials on the gable and gablets. The villa has single-storey wings on either side, each with a single window and gabletted windows. The roofs are slated, with the main house having a gabled roof and the wings featuring piended roofs. The original glazing remains intact, and there are painted ashlar gatepiers at the entrance.
