Description
This building, located at 120 Henderson Street in Bridge of Allan, is a two-storey villa constructed around 1851 by J Collie from Glasgow. It features a main block with a twin-gabled front, which includes a single window situated between two canted bays. The entrance has a consoled doorpiece with a cast-iron balcony above. At the attic level, there are bipartite windows, and the gables are decorated with bargeboards and finials. There are also adjoining single-storey and basement gabled wings, with the right wing featuring a later canted bay and an elegant porch supported by slim columns. The roof is slated.
