Chalmers Manse, 34 Kenilworth Road, Bridge Of Allan

Chalmers Manse is a late Victorian, two-storey detached villa constructed from coursed rubble. The building has an L-shaped plan with a prominent gable at the front, which features a canted bay extending through both floors on the left side. The central entrance is a gabled doorpiece with a round arch, key-block, and hood moulding, with a single window above it. To the right, there is a bipartite window on the upper floor and a tripartite window on the ground floor. The roof is slated, with bracketed eaves, decorative bargeboarding, and finialled gables. The rear elevation is plain, featuring a gable and a smaller gablet. There is also a single-storey side wing with one window, built from rubble and having bracketed eaves and a slated roof.
