Description

25 Kenilworth Road is a mid-Victorian single-storey building featuring a twin-gabled front facing Kenilworth Road. The façade includes twin three-light windows with hood moulds, and the skews are stepped at half their height, topped with spike finials. On the eastern side, there is an entrance porch that also has finials and slated roofs. To the west, there is a later addition with a gabled section that includes a wide semi-elliptically arched garage entrance. The property is complemented by plain gatepiers.
