Description

23 Kenilworth Road is a mid-Victorian, baronial-style semi-detached villa constructed from snecked rubble. The building is two stories high with a basement, featuring a one-window design at the inner bay, which is advanced, and gabled outer bays that include canted bays on both floors. These bays are supported by cavetto-corbelled details leading to square and gabled sections. The villa has segment-headed, spiral-moulded doorpieces with railed steps, stop-chamfered openings, and crowstepped gables with dormer heads and finials. The roofs are slated.
