Description

Yean House is a Victorian, two-storey semi-detached building located on Barrack Road in Comrie. It is constructed from rubble with short chamfered dressings. The outer gabled bays feature canted ground floor bays and arched windows on the first floor. The centre of the building has an elaborate cast-iron verandah from the Saracen Foundry, along with a double window that has shouldered openings and a gablet above. The roof is slated and adorned with intricate iron cresting. The property also includes ball-capped gatepiers.
