Description

Dated 1864. Single-storey and attic early Victorian Villa,

asymmetrical front, advanced gable on left with ground floor

canted bay, gabled porch in re-entrant angle, bipartite with

gabled dormers over on the right, rubble built with raised

dressings and shouldered chamfered openings, broad eaved

slated roof. Ball-finial front wall with stop chamfered

gatepiers and good wooden early 20th century gate.
