Description

12 Abercromby Place is an early Victorian, two-storey, asymmetrical detached gabled villa, built around 1852. The villa features snecked rubble and a canted bay that extends through both floors on the right side, which is corbelled to a square shape. To the left, there is an advanced gabled section with bipartite windows. The central part of the villa has a single window and a doorpiece that is supported by consoles. The roof is slated, and there are flanking screen walls.
