Description

10 Abercromby Place is a mid-Victorian, plain, two-storey detached villa. The building features snecked rubble construction and has three windows. On the left side, there is a canted bay on the ground floor, while to the right, there is a doorpiece that is shouldered and moulded with a cornice. The villa has bracketted eaves and a piended, slated roof with a central chimney.
