Description
16 Abercromby Place is an early Victorian semi-detached villa that stands two stories tall and features a symmetrical design. Each of the two main blocks has two windows, with a lower set-back, two-storey wing that has one window. The main block includes broad inner bays with ground floor canted bays that have pierced parapets, along with arched and keyblocked bipartite windows in rectangular frames above. The outer bays are narrower and slightly recessed, featuring square-column angle recessed porches and keyblocked windows above. The upper windows of the wings are arched and keyblocked. The villa is constructed with coursed rubble and has raised margins, topped with slated piended roofs.
