Description

5 Victoria Square is an early Victorian, two-storey and basement semi-detached villa constructed from coursed rubble. The building features a pair of elaborate cavetto-splayed arched doorpieces with sculptured spandrels that spring from consoles. Above these, there are two architraved windows, with plain end canted bays on all floors. The villa has a piended slated roof and is flanked by single-storey wings, each with one window.
