Description
9 Gladstone Place is a mid-Victorian villa designed in a plain classical style. It is a two-storey building with a symmetrical facade made of ashlar stone. The front features one window between two advanced end bays, each with two windows. The end bays are topped with pediments that include roundels and ball finials at the corners and the apex. The entrance is marked by a square-shafted Roman Doric doorpiece. The roof is slated, and there are low screen walls on either side of the building.
