Description
21 Victoria Place is a mid-19th century, two-storey, three-bay detached villa with an attic and basement, designed in the Renaissance style. The building features an ashlar-faced exterior with quoins, a main cornice, and a blocking course. The central bay has a pilastered and arched doorpiece, with an arched window above it on the first floor. To the left, there is a canted bay that extends through all floors except the attic. On the right side, there are tripartite windows at both the ground and first floors, framed in superimposed pilasters with arched and keyblocked lights. The attic contains two bipartite dormer windows, and the roof is hipped and slated. Please note that 21A Victoria Place is excluded from this listing.
