Description
13 Victoria Place is a later Victorian semi-detached building made of plain two-storey snecked rubble. It features a symmetrical design with an inner canted bay on both floors. The entrance has an arched doorpiece with engaged nook shafts and spandrel rosettes. Above the door, there is a single window on the first floor, and the plans are reversed. The building has flanking single-storey wings, with the left wing currently used as a garage. The roofs are piended and covered with slate.
