17 Victoria Place, Stirling

18 Victoria Place in Stirling is a mid-19th century semi-detached building designed in the Victorian Renaissance style. It features two storeys and a basement, with a symmetrical reversed plan on a corner site. The ashlar-faced structure has a two-window curved frontage, with ground floor windows that are consoled, and first-floor windows that are arched and keyblocked. The end sections of the straight frontage each have one window and canted bay doorpieces that are semi-elliptically arched and keyblocked, with balconies on consoles above. The building has channeled pilaster ends, a main cornice, and a blocking course, topped by a slated roof. There is also a later pedimented glass and cast iron porch added to No 17.
