Description
23 Victoria Place is a mid-19th century Victorian semi-detached house that stands two stories tall. The building features symmetrical stugged ashlar stonework and has two canted bays on both floors. There are four windows between the tripartite ground floor windows, which are adorned with pilastered and splayed doorpieces that have scrolled panels above them. The roof is slated.
