Description
6 Park Avenue is a later Victorian detached villa, built from snecked rubble. The building is two stories high with a dormerless attic and features three windows across the front. To the left, there is a slightly advanced gabled section, and on the ground floor, a canted bay window is present, which is bipartite at the first floor. To the right, there is a smaller, slightly advanced gabled bay with bipartite windows on both levels. The villa has a gabled porch at the center and single-storey wings at the rear. The roofs are slated.
