Eastwell, 47 Kenilworth Road, Bridge Of Allan

Eastwell is a mid-Victorian detached villa, likely designed by the Mackisons. It features an asymmetrical design with snecked rubble construction and a two-storey, three-bay front. To the left, there is an advanced gable-fronted bay with a canted bay window that extends through both floors, topped with a square section that has cavetto corbels and a gable. The slightly advanced section to the right includes a bipartite window at the ground level and a single window on the first floor, while the central bay has a single window above the entrance. The doorpiece and windows are semi-elliptically arched, except for the canted bay. The villa has broad bracketed eaves and low-pitched slated roofs. Additionally, there are ashlar gatepiers.
