Description

Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay villa. Stugged sandstone coursers to front, rubble to rear, cream sandstone dressings, grey slate roof. Base course, eaves course, margined angles, margined quoins to windows with 4-pane timber sash and case frames, ashlar-coped skews, corniced end stacks.

FRONT ELEVATION: panelled door to centre with astragalled fanlight, cavetto-moulded jambs, pilastered and corniced doorpiece, window to left and right, 3 windows to 1st floor.

INTERIOR: not seen.

BOUNDARY WALLS: rubble boundary walls.
