Description

36 Castlegate in Lanark is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay terrace house. It is constructed from snecked rubble with painted margins and features droved ashlar dressings. The front has a central door flanked by two windows, with three additional windows on the first floor. The roof is slate, and there is a later brick chimney stack on the south side.
