30 Union Street in Kirkcudbright is an early 19th-century terraced house. It is two stories high and has three bays. The exterior is made of snecked rubble with painted margins. The house features a central door, two windows on the ground floor, and three windows on the first floor, all of which are plate glass sashes. The roof is modern and covered with tiles, and there are stacks at both ends.
