Description

Mid to later 19th century. 2-storey, rectangular-plan, 3-bay villa. Stugged cream sandstone coursers, piended slate roof. Base course, moulded cill course to 1st floor, eaves course, margined angles; bracketted eaves, corniced wallhead stacks rising through eaves.

FRONT ELEVATION: 2-leaf panelled door to centre, painted architraved doorcase with consoled lintel, painted ashlar-margined window to left and right with corniced lintel and out-of-character modern glazing; 3 round-headed windows to 1st floor with pilastered jambs and moulded heads in recessed panel, plate glass timber glazing; small single storey, slate roofed addition to left; 6-pane window to 1st floor at right return elevation, which has some cement patching.

REAR ELEVATION: not seen.

INTERIOR: not seen.

BOUNDARY WALL: rubble boundary wall to Union Street.
