Description
Ulva Cottage is a mid-19th century single storey and attic cottage with three bays. The front features painted stugged coursers, while the gables are rendered and lined, topped with a slate roof. The cottage has bipartite windows with chamfered margins, although the current hardwood frames are modern and do not match the original character. The central entrance has a chamfered doorcase, and there is a corniced parapet above. The building also includes two segmental dormers with out-of-character frames, coped skews, and corniced end stacks.
