61 Burnbank Road, Hamilton

61 Burnbank Road is a mid-19th century building featuring a single-storey and attic design, constructed with painted stugged coursers and ashlar dressings. The central entrance has an arched doorpiece with raised voussoirs, flanked by three-light canted bays that have arcaded parapets. The cornices of both the doorpiece and the canted bays are decorated with mutules. There are two canted dormers and a central piended bipartite dormer. The building has a cornice and a deep blocking course that is the same height as the bay parapet. To the left, there is one window and a door wing, although this has been affected by a modern window installation. The roofs are slated and feature corniced ashlar stacks. There is a garage addition on the right side of the building. The property is enclosed by a low garden wall and square gatepiers.
