Description
This building at 13 Reidhaven Street in Elgin is a mid-19th century single-storey and attic house with three bays. It features a central doorpiece that is pilastered and corniced, complete with a blocking course and terminal dies. The exterior is made of finely dressed coursed rubble with rubble flanks and ashlar dressings. The windows are 8-pane sashes, and there are two canted dormers with 4-pane glazing. The house has an eaves cornice, corniced end stacks, and a slate roof.
