Description

11 Reidhaven Street in Elgin is a single-storey and attic house built in the mid to late 19th century. It features a three-bay design with an advanced and pedimented central doorpiece. The house is constructed from finely dressed coursed rubble with rubble flanks and ashlar dressings. It has bipartite windows with plain aprons, two canted dormers, and 2-pane glazing. The eaves band and cornice add detail to the structure, which also includes corniced end stacks and a slate roof. There is a lean-to extension on the south gable.
