Description
This building, located at 3 Reidhaven Street in Elgin, is a single storey and attic house dating from the mid 19th century. It features three bays and has a central doorpiece with a pediment. The exterior is made of finely dressed coursed rubble, with rubble flanks and ashlar dressings. There are two canted dormers, each with 2-pane glazing. The house has an eaves band, corniced end stacks, and is topped with a West Highland slate roof.
