14 North Guildry Street, Elgin

14 North Guildry Street in Elgin is a mid-19th century, two-storey and attic house with three bays. It features a round-headed pend entrance to the right that has been later infilled. The building is constructed of coursed rubble with tooled margins. The central bay of the gable is slightly advanced and includes a round-headed doorway topped with a bracketed cornice and a projecting canopied window above, along with a lunette in the gable head. The first floor has flanking windows with bracketed cills, although they now have modern glazing. The house also has two canted dormers, with corniced stacks at the center apex and ends, a slate roof, and a stone ridge.

Nos 14-16 North Guildry Street has a two-storey, four-bay elevation featuring paired center doors. No 14 has modern glazing, while No 16 has two-pane glazing, a canted dormer, and two windows on each floor facing Moray Street.
